During my time with the National Arts Council:
I managed integrated marketing campaigns and developed public relations strategies to drive participation rates of the Council’s arts programmes and festivals and sustain positive media coverage. Key Contributions: • Improved media coverage (print, TV & online) on arts festivals like Noise Singapore and Silver Arts by more than 100% • Developed and implemented integrated public relations campaigns to promote the Council’s programmes, such as Noise Singapore 2013 Festival, which achieved an audience reach of 75,000 and a media value of $1.2 million • Managed creative and design agencies to produce marketing collaterals – Annual Report FY13, Cultural Medallion publication, event brochures, posters and EDMs – within branding guidelines • Developed and executed content strategy of marketing collaterals • Crafted media materials: press release, story pitching plan, FAQs, speeches & talking points
